Perform cosmetic inspections at least once a week.
2. Wall thickness measurement: with the help of professional thickness gauge instrument, regular measurement of slag tank wall thickness. Especially easy to wear areas, such as near the mouth of the tank and often in contact with the slag. When the wall thickness reaches a certain level of thinning, the strength and safety of the slag tank will be affected, and need to take timely measures. Monthly wall thickness measurements are recommended.
3. Accessory parts inspection: check the slag tank lugs, hooks and other accessory parts are firm, there is no deformation, cracks and other conditions. Once these parts have problems, in the lifting process may cause serious safety accidents. Each time before use should be attached to the ancillary components for detailed inspection.
