1. Equipment inspection: before lifting the slag tank, be sure to check the lifting equipment, such as crane lifting mechanism, braking device, wire rope and so on. Lifting mechanism should run smoothly, no jamming phenomenon; brake device is sensitive and reliable, can be quickly braked in an emergency; wire rope can not have broken wire, wear and tear, deformation and other defects, and its safety coefficient should be in line with the relevant standards.

2. Lifting operation specification: in the process of lifting, the operator should strictly follow the operation regulations. Lifting should be kept smooth, avoiding sharp start, stop and large swing, to prevent the slag tank of high temperature slag due to inertia impact on the wall of the tank, resulting in damage to the tank or slag overflow. At the same time, the lifting area should be set up obvious warning signs, strictly prohibit unrelated personnel to enter, in order to prevent accidents. Lifting commanders should work closely with operators, using standard command signals to ensure that the lifting process is safe and orderly. 

3. slag tank fixed: the slag tank placed in the transport vehicle, to ensure that it is firmly fixed. The use of special fixtures, such as chains, clamps, etc., the slag cans and vehicles connected closely to prevent the transport of vehicles in the way due to bumps, turning and other circumstances lead to slag cans shifting, tipping. The choice of fixing points should be reasonable to ensure that they can withstand the weight of the slag tank and the various forces generated during transport.
